I came across this quote today on Forbes, and it really spoke to me. I think that everyone has some form of leadership in their lives. I think that is it important to always remember to help foster growth in those around us by sharing joy, happiness and passion versus any other type of negative emotion- like anger, passive aggression, guilt or greed.
